Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SammyVals. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@sammyvals.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include the RA number and a copy of your original order receipt in the package.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Eligibility:

  • Item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Certain items, such as Final Sale or Clearance Items / Personalized or Customized Items / Intimate or Hygienic Products, are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
